A Letter From the President:.
Sealand Contractors Corp. was incorporated in Rochester, New York in 1977 to provide
quality road and highway construction throughout New York State. We have expanded considerably since those
early days, but have never waivered from our commitment to the highest construction standards and total service to the exacting
requirements of our clients.
In 1995, we recognized
the mid-Atlantic USA area as an emerging market and opened our Charlotte, North Carolina office. We staffed
this office with company veterans who have the same convictions, the same expertise and the same work ethic that has fostered
a successful company since its inception. Our growth exceeded our original expectations and we continue
to perform construction work in many Mid-Atlantic states.
In 2005 we
recognized Florida and the southern United States as another potential market. This
led to the opening of our Oakland Park, Florida construction office. Our diversity, expertise and field
experience resulted in successful construction contracts in Florida.
Overall,
our success in the construction business since 1977 stems from hard work, dedication and expertise knowledge in the field.
We are proud of our accomplishments and look forward to providing construction services for many years to come.
